What is the Capital Leathermen?
The Capital Leathermen is a community organization to unite in the fellowship and brotherhood those persons interested in the leather/levi lifestyle. Our club is a social fraternal club. The Capital Leathermen was organized beginning July 8, 1990, and formed on August 12, 1990, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Our symbol is a silver star with orbs, containing a black triangle, within a single red circle on a black background. A star within a double circle is the universal map symbol for a state capital. The triangle denotes the Triangle of Equality.
Who are the Capital Leathermen?
The Capital Leathermen is a fellowship of individuals having a common character and interest, dedicated to the development and improvement of brotherhood, both in the individual and groups in the community. To accomplish this, the Club endeavors to:
1 promote better communication among individuals and groups

2 promote and support charitable causes as deemed necessary and decided by a quorum
The Club believes in the equality of all, regardless of sex, race, religion, national origin, or sexual preference.
